EEAC Adaptive Plan regroup zoom meeting, Wednesday 6/23/2021, 5:30 – 7 pm
Looking forward to talking through next steps/adjustments in the Adaptive Plan tonight.
It will be pretty informal–I’ll kick it off with a short and high-level overview of what AP progress we’ve made since we last met in person (that was February of last year, if I’m not mistaken), and then open it up to discussion around these two questions:
- Do the priorities we established last year still make sense, given our capacity and current reality? What needs to be…upgraded? downgraded? added? removed?
- What are our process/resource recommendations to ensure EEAC’s continual progress on plan implementation? (Again, this is the high-level stuff, it’s up to the board to figure out the mechanics)
