| description: | The Teacher Environmental Education Preparation (TEEP) program was established in the fall of 1999 as a partnership between the Council on the Environment of New York City (CENYC), Environmental Education Advisory Council (EEAC), and the Wallerstein Collaborative for Urban Environmental Education at New York University's Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. TEEP is a network of university faculty and environmental professionals working together to bring about increased opportunities for environmental education in pre-service teacher education.
