The Environmental Education Advisory Council (EEAC) of NYC, the Bronx Community College, and James Baldwin Outdoor Learning Center are excited to host the How Things Work Conference on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Bronx Community College. NYC middle and high school students and educators are invited to attend and learn about environmental systems through exhibits and activities. See attached flyer for more information.
We will be hosting various exhibitors from environmental education organizations and agencies across the city who will have activities and learning experiences to help attendees build their eco-literacy, consider how essential systems work and the role we play, and feel empowered to take action in addressing environmental stewardship and climate resiliency.
