The Teacher Environmental Education Preparation (TEEP) project was established in December of 1999 as a partnership among the Environmental Education Advisory Council (EEAC), the Wallerstein Collaborative for Urban Environmental Education at New York University and the Council on the Environment of New York City (now GrowNYC). EEAC still coordinates the current version of the project.

The Environmental Education Projects Forum, a program of the Environmental Education Advisory Council (EEAC), is a network of environmental educators and professionals working together to create and implement systemic projects to support environmental and sustainability education in formal and non-formal settings.

Hear about what the Environmental Education Advisory Council has been up to and what they are planning for 2024. Guest speaker Shino Tanikawa provides insights on the state of Climate and Environmental Education in New York and makes a call to action for the field.
